Amsterdam fuzz fanatics MAYLEAF released their latest single Trying on Suburban Records.
After two already successful singles receiving airplay on national radio, Trying truly brings back that grungy garage sound that MAYLEAF so claims to pursue. A grimy track that’s honest, melodic and begs to played loud.
The single is accompanied by a music video which tells the story of former MAYLEAF-member Walter the Raccoon and whatever happened to him. So, dial up that volume knob, close your eyes and pretend you are in that overcrowded, sweaty venue we all so dearly miss.
Until we are allowed to meet again and move air using guitars in one of those venues, expect MAYLEAF to continue to release loud awesome music on a regular basis to anyone that needs their fuzz fix or whomever is interested. So, stay in touch!
MAYLEAF is an alternative grunge/rock band that vibes on huge sounding fuzz & 90’s tunes. Poppy sounds that emerge from low rumbling telecasters, kicking out jams straight from the garage. The rehearsal space is drenched in inspirational bands such as Weezer, Turnstile, King Gizzard, Culture Abuse & Bayside.
